Kobold Slayers v1.2

Changelog

• Added a second wave of enemies
• Added a new final boss: the Goblin King
• Taught Catherine necromancy
• Taught Eleanor some new tricks: she now can parry incoming attacks, do a T-Pose to assume dominance over kobolds and sacrifice her movement speed to get bonus to attack rolls
• Added pause: press Esc to restart the game or exit to menu or desktop
• Added an UI button to skip turn

This is probably a final update to the game, so if you'll encounter any bugs they are most likely won't be fixed.
